You’ll be staying on the iconic “Vecchia Regina” road, surrounded by elegant villas, lush gardens, and cobblestone paths that climb up toward Monte Bisbino. The area is crossed by the Greenway path that connects Moltrasio to the renowned Villa Oleandra in Laglio. Some of the lake’s most beautiful beaches—like those in Carate Urio and Laglio—are just a short walk away.

The flat is located on the third floor of a charming historic building. The staircase still retains its original character, while the apartment itself has been fully renovated and offers a fresh, functional and modern layout.
You enter into the open-plan living area, which includes a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
Every detail has been curated for your comfort: high-quality mattress, blackout curtains, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fan for warmer nights, and of course, the lake breeze. The kitchen is stocked with a microwave, oven, gas stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils.
You’ll also have a fridge with freezer, washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron, plus independent heating in each room.
