Located in a wonderful location Zarina is a luxury apartment, a portion of a 19th century villa the lake shore is 5 minutes walking whilst the town with all shops is 500 meters away.
This wonderful accommodation is set in a great location all main activities are within minutes walking or drive, such as water sports, tennis, golf, shopping; Como is about 15 minutes’ drive with train station, Milan is less than 1 hour, Lugano only 40 minutes, Just across the Swiss border is Foxtown, a designer outlet village with Prada, Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci and Ferragamo outlets.
This is a no smoking property.

An imposing iron gate gives access to Villa Castiglioni. On its back there is the garage and the entrance of the two upstairs units.
Zarina is private and independent, it develops on the whole main floor and has an independent entrance from the garden set in the facade of the villa, overlooking the lake.
A second access to the villa is sent on the back of the house, the access is shared with the other two units of the house, on the corner of the wonderful garden there is a hot tube for 4 facing the lake, the garden also features a beautiful patio with dining table a perfect spot for al fresco meals admiring the lake!

Main Floor (210 sqm): Large bright living room, with elegant sofas, flat screen TV with sky channel USA and Russian TV as well, a BOSE sound system, a dining area with table and chairs both with wonderful lake view and the mountains; a fully equipped kitchen with double oven, microwave, dishwasher; one double bedroom AC, ensuite bathroom with Teuco ultrasonic Jacuzzi tub 44, second bedroom with two singles which can be joined to become double, second bathroom with shower, the entire floor has direct access to the private patio.
Garden Level: (76 sqm): one bedroom with two single beds not joinable, AC, private bathroom, fitness room with Plasma TV, laundry room with wash and dry, has a small kitchenette corner ideal for breakfast with electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine.

Due to the very high quality of furnishings throughout the villa children between 1 and 12 are admitted only upon request and supervised by a nanny; smoking is prohibited inside.

Neighborhood and transport:
Laglio is a cozy town with all serivces needed such as restaurant, shops, etc. is also possible to rent a boat for a tour on the lake, we recomend to have also a car in order to be able visit the rest of destination not reachable by boat.
The town become famous also because a famous American actor have is residence here.

Rental Roles:
Minimum stay 7nights, changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible at the following costs:
Between 7.00 pm and 9.00 PM for an extra fee of 50 Euro
Between Midnight and 6.00 am for an extra fee of 100 Euro

Security deposit (Refundable):
Euro 1000,00 that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.

Included on price:
Maid service 2 hrs per day Monday to Saturday
Internet access available WIFI

Additional Expenses to be paid on site:
Electricity metered, (included up to 50 Euros per week), guests will pay the amount exceeding 50 Euro.
Heating 80 Euros per week to pay on site

The following might be to be paid extra: Late Arrival, Late Arrival (after 23:00), Refundable Security Deposit.
