Asunnot – Lago di Garda

”Lovely apartment complex, 2 nice pools. Very clean and secure. Checkin time is 3-3:30 never usually early. You can order fresh bread and pastries each day from reception which is nice. Most but not all apartments have lake view ours was only a partial view. 100yards from part with a choice of around 5 bar and restaurant’s. 5-10 min walk uphill to town square with a few more restaurants and bars. Oasi restaurant are favourite is there. Supermarket 10min walk uphill, with a few others a 5 min...

”This was a perfect location for our trip to Lake Garda. We had a car so it was easy to access Desenzano historic centre, grocery stores and train station. The property was quiet and had good parking. Unfortunately our rental was too big to get it easily into the underground parking but there was plenty of on-street free parking during out trip in June.”

”There is a lovely looking buidling up a hill with a view of Lake Garda that is now several self-contained apartments. The location is great. It's about 15 mins down to the Lake itself and there is a good path around the Lake that people walk and cycle on so you can walk to Bardilino or Garda. When you get to the property you can't get in. You have to go to reception at their other site, which is down the road. That is where they have other acomodation, a restauarant and do thinks like bike...

”Pros: The location is 10/10 - perfectly central. The flat has a good size and is newly renovated. Everything is clean and makes a good impression. The contact to the host via Whatsapp works well and fast. Private parking in an external garage is available, clean and secure. Cons: Private Parking is off-site and you have to walk a bit to get to the apartment (cross a road and then stairs!). Check-In was busy during our arrival so we had to wait quite some time at the parking garage until we could...

”Beautiful new place in perfect location! Host was hard to communicate with. Instructions need to be made more clear and expect it to be hot when you get there and air to a while to cool it. Place was worth it, but would be nice to fix those things as it’s an elite place.”

”Don’t hesitate to book this property . Just book it! Lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds. Air con really efficient and much needed (30-34 degrees when we were there. Fabulous location on the canal with a patio with fabulous views. Property very near to bus stop(3 min walk) ferry(5min walk), train (15min walk). Guenda, our lovely host was super to communicate with following booking and greeted us on arrival to explain practicalities and offer good advice and was contactable for any queries...

”Pros: schöne Wohnung im Ortsteil Albisano, grosser Terrasse, sehr guter Service der Agentur Cons: nur spärliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort (ein sehr kleiner Laden mit dem aller notwendigsten)”

”Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einem modernen Bad und einen abgeschlossenem Stellplatz im Hof. Einzig die, etwas steilen Treppen zu unserem Apartment sind für nicht so mobile Personen, mit Gepäck, nicht so einfach zu erklimmen. Wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz vor der Wohnungstür und einen Balkon zur befahrenen Uferstraße vor dem Schlafzimmer. Sehr netter Vermieter!”
