Loved everything about our stay! Very friendly and lovely staff. Location was beautiful and private up on the mountain. Also very good indoor spa and outdoor pool areas.

The location right at the lake is amazing and the view from hotel room balcony magnificent. Overall service by the staff was good and everything worked smoothly. The only downside is the high (Swiss) prices at hotel restaurants and bars. Apart from that this hotel really become one of our favorites.

Luxurious breakfast, clean beautiful room. We were upgraded into a better room with 2 bedrooms. Awesome.

A 2-night stopover at Lugano on our way to Tuscany. Hotel staff was very friendly and the location great.

Excellent hotel in Somma Lombardo with a complimentary shuttle bus service to Malpensa airport. City center is within a walking distance, including a magnificent Visconti castle. Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Our standard room was upgraded to a spacious, very comfortable suite. Breakfast was delicious!

Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again.

Ihana perinteikäs hotelli luonnon keskellä. Siisti, valoisa ja iso huone. Kiva uima-allasalue ja hyvä aamiainen. Ainoa miinus junien aiheuttamasta kolinasta, muutoin erittäin rauhallinen ympäristö.

Very nice hotel and personnel. Location and views to the lake were very good, room was spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant was very good, too. Personnel were helpful and attentive with a positive attitude.

Hyvä palvelu, siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli. Kylpylässä ei ole ollut ruuhkaista ja henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Ainut huono puoli - huonepalvelusta jääneet astiat ja lasit ei ole viety pois huoneesta 2 päivää. Sinne ne jäi, kun olemme lähteen pois hotellista. Meillä oli varattu kaksi yötä.

A simple and very basic hotel right in the middle of Stresa. The premises are quite old and partly outdated. Service was good. Very basic breakfast. Good price value.
