1. There is no host: the host in contact from the Expedia booking hands off when you get to the apartment, now all your concerns and communication are to be handled by the apartment concierge which is a differwnt company, while the host fades i to the shadows.
2. Listing is not accurate: No hair dryer
No shampoo
No soap
No kitchen island
No desk, no laptop workspace (except the wardrobe extension is expected to double as a desk or ironing board in which case there is also no electrical outlet nearby for laptops or for ironing).
housekeeping is not daily as stated in the listing, its every other day and only after you request for it.
Kitchen extraction hood was not working.
No hand soap in visitors washroom.
3. Not soundproof or smellproof. I stayed in B101 and kept getting disturbed by the noise of conversation, phone calls and TV from the next apartment, I was also disturbed by the smell of their cooking and cigarettes smoking that got into the apartment from the kitchen area (where we shared a wall).
4. No water: ran out of water a couple of times in the bathroom and kitchen, and when water was in supply, the shower pressure was too low and fluctuating, not good enough, shower experience was below expectations.
5. Some part of the apartment looked unclean/unfinished/old/broken or with construction leftovers laying around.
6. Spotted cockroaches in the kitchen cabinet.
7. Basics like coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, salt, were not readily provided in the kitchen.
