Booked three rooms for two days and it was wasted because I never stayed.
The whole hotel was neglected. Looks more like a construction site. Different from pictures online. Exterior ok but the interior was a sight. It stinks, smells of different types of bad things. I straight up asked the receptionist if room is same as how the lobby and downstairs looks, she assured me rooms are very good. I asked same question many times. I was taken to the rooms and I was immediately dejected and disgusted. Bedsheet was very dirty with stains, different types of stain, taken to another room and there were different type of bugs on the bed, insects still crawling on the bed. None of the many rooms I was shown was any different. I immediately contacted hotel.com and they tried to get the hotel to refund my money but hotel refused. I booked 3 rooms for two days. But I could not stay. Had to go get another hotel nearby for the two days.
