”We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues...

”Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. ”

”This resort is truly paradise. From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful and welcoming. I was very impressed with how they had everything prepared for us prior to our arrival making our check-in process very seamless. The property itself was very well-maintained, the gardening was exquisite and very intentional. We were very happy with our room accommodations. No full time reception on site for needs that may require immediate attention . Linen were limited and had stains, no bleach or detergent was used on them .
