First, the location is amazing - a few blocks from the lake, and very close to the downtown restaurants, etc. Second, Nahir (who worked there and greeted us) was incredibly kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to assist in every way she could.

The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.”

”Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above ”
