”The clean rooms and beautiful views were a highlight. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, providing excellent information about hikes and other activities. We even had to take a 3:00 a.m. bus, but the staff went above and beyond by packing us a delicious breakfast and leaving it for our early morning departure.”

”This property is value for the money. Excellent apartment with breakfast package (great help for early morning trekking), staff was super helpful. Overall I woukd definitely recommend thia property to those who visit El Chalten. ”

”This hotel was amazing! Great service, amazing restaurant, the most awesome view from our room (valley view). The personnel was very, very helpful with all of our requests, and the restaurant staff was amazing. Everything was great! The privately-bookable mini spa with jacuzzis and infrared saunas was especially great, with awesome views.”

”The location was great and the vibe was mountain chic, with comfy common areas and even heated floors in our room. We were only there for one night, so can’t really say much more. It’s a very tourist/trekker friendly town, so prices are higher and this hostel followed suit. For a short stay, it was lovely but pricey.”

”We stayed in one of their chalets. The breakfast was provided every morning so you could eat in the room and not rush to a buffet. The front desk staff was incredible, super helpful and would advice on hikes and weather condition. I also made use of their laundry service which was great and cheap for the amount of clothes I dropped off! The restaurants in the area are good and the hotel is super close to all major hike routes. Would go again and can‘t recommend enough! ✨”

”Very nice hotel, great breakfast ( the eggs were very wet and runny but they will cook you eggs that aren't). Location is near Fitzroy Roy trail head and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Very quiet hotel. ”

”Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer...

”Had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful—they even accommodated changes to my booking despite it being non-refundable, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and the coffee was excellent (very strong—just how I like it!). The only minor issue was that the bathtub drained quite slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, great value and service—I’d definitely stay here again!”

”We were not impressed with our stay here. We stayed for two nights and our private room was never serviced. When we arrived there was a yellow stain on the top sheet of our bed. We asked them to replace the sheet and they did, only to replace it with another sheet that also had mysterious stains. The bed did not have a fitted sheet but rather a larger top sheet that rested on the mattress which moved around as you slept, leaving you to sleep on the bare mattress. The bathroom had an awful smell...
