”The hotel has a great location, and the beach is beautiful. However, we stayed for one week and did not receive any housekeeping service at all. For the first three days, we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on because we did not need service, but after we removed it and called the front desk several times, our room was still never cleaned. We left after a full week without any cleanup service.”

”This place was perfect for my husband and I. I dont like crowds or typical tourist locations. This was a smaller resort with just the right amount of ammenities ... small grocery store 1/2 mile down the road, several nice local resturants, coffee shop, places to rent equipent if needed, and a very short walk to Napili Bay, 2 pools and hot tub. Loved it!”

”First of all, my husband and I have stayed in at least a dozen different units at Napili Shores over the past 20 years. We are huge fans of this resort and do not stay anywhere else on Maui. This unit was the most modern and upgraded by far. The furnishings, decorations, bathroom, etc. were all very comfortable and nice, and we greatly appreciated the chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella to use. The view of Napili Bay and out to the ocean was amazing. We could watch whales breaching right...

”The air conditioner in the master bedroom, even in the OFF position, stayed on blowing directly at the head of the bed. The kitchen was well appointed.
