”Staff were the best part of the hotel. The room was comfortable and although not perfectly clean, the hallways neither (I would never choose a black carpet ;)) it was clean enough for me. I and a great hot shower and spent a few hours at the beach to acclimate after a long flight. ”

”Oikein hyvä ja mukava hotelli. Lentoni lähti hyvin aikaisin, joten en ehtinyt aamiaiselle. Yllätyin että hotelli järjesti aamuyölle siitä huolimatta aamiaisboksin. Hotelli oli myös hyvin huomioiva ilmoittaessaan seuraavan päivän maratonista, mikä mahdollisesti voisi häiritä liikenneyhteyksiä.”

”A fantastic hotel which is host to wonderful staff, a very welcoming, accommodating, friendly and helpful team. The rooms are great and implement lovely artistic decor to a cosy room, the bed was very comfortable and firm, allowing for a healthy rest. The room also have refrigerator and safe and shower is amazing too. The hotel has 24 hour reception desk and also offers complimentary breakfast, hot drinks and pastries which are delicious with a nice cup of tea 😊 Transport links are a 30...

”We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems. Next day found bed bug or some other animal in the bath room - see pictures. During the second day the TV did not work for couple of hours despite maintenance guy came to see it. Wi-Fi was poor and...

”Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. By the time we return next summer we are in no doubt that it will be the well oiled machine it was when we stayed previously. Thank you ”
