”Fairly new facility, still being built. Minimal furniture - no side tables or a chair to go with the table. Large drapes cover the ac, making it run continuously. House keeping could be better - the bed was not made, just covered with the duvet.”

”I did not have a pleasant experience due to housekeeping and dining issues. I waited 45 minutes for a grilled chicken salad that was prepared by an employee using his bare hands to put the salad together. ”Apparently Sundays are open to the public and you CAN tell. Lots of riff raff comes and dirties the quality of the otherwise classy atmosphere. Ppl pretty much having sex in the pool in front of kids. Heartbreaking. The other days were nice. Great staff. Sweet ppl. Will come back! Just not on a Sunday! Haha”

”My first night at the hotel, I found several small live roaches around the bed and under the alarm clock. The next morning, I found several more in the bathroom.
I immediately requested to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the front desk employee seemed more interested in her crossword puzzle than addressing my concerns. I was eventually moved, but only to the room next door.
The new room had not been thoroughly cleaned. At one point, what I believe was the housekeeping supervisor...
