Noce Aparment

The “Noce” apartment is located on the first floor of the main farmhouse and features a traditional high ceiling with exposed beams, as well as two windows offering views that stretch from Volterra to the pool, bathed in the warm colors of the sunset.

It comprises a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa overlooking the enchanting southern hills, and a dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to cook independently.

The two large bedrooms, one of which includes an additional single bed, both face the sunset and feature modern en-suite bathrooms with spacious showers.

To encourage peace and a deep connection with nature, at Poderino il Sole we have chosen not to install TVs throughout the property; however, excellent wireless internet is available both inside the apartment and in the outdoor areas of the farmhouse.

Air conditioning throughout, Mosquito nets on the windows. high-quality bed linens, and weekly cleaning are all included in the price.

Please note that when renting the entire apartment (unlike B&B rooms), breakfast is not included and is not available, even as an optional extra.

For stays of multiple nights, in line with our commitment to sustainability, rooms are cleaned and linens are changed every 7 nights in the apartments.

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed in certain accommodations (maximum 1) for a surcharge.

Poderino il Sole is a quiet corner immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan hills, not far from Volterra. A carefully renovated eighteenth-century farmhouse welcomes you among fields, hills and infinite skies. Here nature enters through the windows, the silence regenerates and every sunset surprises.

From our location you can discover authentic villages, cities of art, spas and beaches, or simply stay lazing by the pool, enjoying the landscape.



Outside the farmhouse, guests can enjoy a wide selection of shared outdoor areas, including the beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing and shaded areas, the Garden of Columns furnished with coffee tables and chairs, the “Volterra” gazebo, and the olive grove above the former barn. Wherever you look, the view is spectacular.

Poderino il Sole, which has 7 B&B rooms and 2 vacation homes, is located on top of a hill, isolated, quiet, and with a 360° view. Lajatico is 6 km away and is the nearest town where you can find all kinds of services. Restaurants, wineries, and all shops are within a 7/14 km radius, so it is necessary to have your own means of transportation to get around.

Who we are

My husband Francesco and I live here all year round, on the ground floor of the farmhouse, together with Luna and Ombra, our two lovely dogs. We will be here to welcome you with a smile and are present most of the time, ready to assist you with anything you may need.
