”The room was clean, supplied well and was perfect for gorgeous views of the sunset, stars and mountains. It had a nice fire pit but a burn ban prevented us from using it. We still used the chairs for the desert and mountain views at night. The shared kitchen was perfect for a quick breakfast. All in all, I wasn’t ready to leave when y was time to leave 10 bits! I would recommend to anyone headed to Big Bend. ”

”Quiet. Peaceful. Wonderful open spaces and so many stars! Communication with host was great, check-in was easy. Main cantina has shared refrigerators and space to put your groceries as well as a small fridge and microwave in the room. Bring water as the tap is non-potable. Off grid living at its finest!!! Will be back!”

”The location was amazing! Awesome for star viewing. We were in cabin #8 so that spot was even better to sit and view. The only thing that happened was we had left to go to dinner, came back and someone had actually driven there truck and parked it right next to our window on the side and had already made a fire in the pit that was next to our porch. He offered to move over once we were there but he already had a fire going so we said it’s ok. For one there was no way to drive back there unless...
