This cozy home is nestled within the Hideout Community! Just two hours from NYC & Philadelphia, The Hideout is a 4 season Gold Star gated community. Guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art center, mini golf and more!

Welcome to Summer Wind!! This spacious, beautiful decorated home is just a short ride to the main beach/pool/tiki bar and ski hill. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room complete with a coffee bar for your enjoyment. The oversized loft is a perfect place to enjoy quiet time while looking at the beautiful lake across the street. The loft also has a pull out sofa and sleeps 2.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to dine in. Brand new, stainless steel appliances round this out. Cozy up and relax near the warmth of the fireplace in the living room. This house has a beautiful, ;large deck complete with propane grill, and outdoor seating to accommodate everyone in your party. Sit around the firepit and enjoy some s'mores.

This rental home has sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests. The main level has one bedroom with a queen bed. The other two bedrooms are on the upper level. The second bedroom has a twin and a full bed and third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The full pull out sofa is in the loft. There is also a full bathroom on the upper level. Summer Wind is is just ten minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack, where you can rent jet-skis, powerboats and other types of watercraft.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
