”While I was staying at the property, the cleaning staff was rude to me and giving me strange and dirty looks! Another situation, a separate matter at the same property, I had two (2) packages in my name containing jewelry items, that were delivered to that property on February 17, 2026, three (3) days after I checked out on February 14, 2026 after I left that property, and I called the front desk manager asking if there were any packages there for me, she said there were two (2) packages for me...

”The updated signs will be helpful when they are finished to know where things are, but the staff was super polite and helpful. Our family room was very nice and clean and easy to get to with parking right by the room. Our only negative experience was out of the property control with the neighboring room being extremely loud getting in at 1 a.m. We are still giving 5 stars because the property was nice, away from the hustle, but still convenient to everything. ”

”We stayed at this Holiday Inn on our way back from a conference in Newark. This Holiday Inn looks new, is very clean and the room design is more modern than the Hilton we stayed at. It was right off the hwy and driving into town for dinner was only 10 minutes away. I didn't mind the challenge of the bed being so unusually high, but may be an issue with folks who have mobility issues.”

”Found garbage from previous renter on a shelf above refrigerator and microwave in our room. When taken to front desk, we were told " no, it isn't, I just cleaned the room! " I took it that she thought the garbage was ours, which is an insult to the renter. No heat turned on in the room. Freezing cold in room. ”Room was so bright with outside deck and intermittent car lights from parking lot. Property is run down and a mess. Bathroom had 4 lights over the mirror with 2 of them burned out. A box of Kleenex would have been a luxury. There was a dead bug in the medicine cabinet. You could clearly hear everything in the adjoining rooms. ”

”Although the photo of the breakfast looks nice. When we arrived for our breakfast, it was lacking attention to cleanup of the counter place where the waffles are cooked. syrup and trash on the counter and no plates visible. However, they were supplied when finding staff.”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back.
