”There is nothing to dislike about this property- it was delightful. And, the Club Level is certainly worth the little extra.”

”I felt sorry for the lady checking people in, she was the only one, There were at least 5 people in front of me, girls soccer parents checking in, so very busy. The lady was very frustrated, said she got to work and there was a whole new check in process on the computer that she didn’t know was going to happen. She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...

”The room and the view were amazing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and asked us if we had any problems when we checked out. Parking was great.”

”Huone oli hyvä mutta hotelli oli remontissa. Olin tyytyväinen kyllä.”

”The place is clean and nice”

”The property was nice and well maintained. Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was good!.”

”The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful.”
