”We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different...

”Everyone at this hotel was amazing! Shout out to Shelia and the entire staff! They were incredibly helpful, super kind and went above and beyond during our stay. The hotel is immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. The breakfast was great every day also. I highly recommend this property.”

”Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.”

”The hotel is under exterior renovation but it did not affect the ability to enter and exit the building. The interior is extremely clean and well cared for. The room we were in was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again.”

”The breakfast buffet was top notch daily, great selection, well stocked and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner, and phone didn’t work. Upon returning to the front desk, I was assigned a different room that was fine. Unfortunately new staff handled the swap incorrectly which led to me being charged for both room. The manager handled quickly and reversed the overcharge. The rooms are in need of a refresh- worn carpet, stained...

”Once again, another hotel floor that has never been cleaned. My son's feet were coal black from walking around barefoot after taking a shower. I had to request that they mop and vacuum the floors.”
