”This is a wonderful, clean and very well run hotel. I have stayed here before and the service and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant Has great food and it is particularly nice and comfortable to enjoy even as a woman travelling alone. The coffee bar in the lobby is great (free every morning) and the gym has a good selection of workout equipment. The rooms are well appointed and also clean. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!”

”We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. ”Probably one of the worst stay I have experience. The rooms looks horrific. The guys that stays there makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. The washroom is dirty and the shower head has calcium build up. I didn't even want to take off my shoes during my stay. The staffs are overworked and unfriendly. If I have a choice, I won't choose to stay in Penticton because I will have to pay more for a poor quality property.”

During check in one staff member constantly spoke with the gentleman checking me in while completing ignoring that he was with a customer (me). ”We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was newly renovated and was fantastic. Location was great, just off Hwy 97 as you enter into Penticton. Steps away from a private ( quiet) Beach. In our room we had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,kettle really anything you would need. There is a BBQ for use and plenty of outdoor seating. Ashley the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful with some needs that we had wanted. I would definitely stay here...

”Location is excellent, right in front of the Scaha lake. Rooms were clean, kitchen was excellent. Air conditioning was good as well (it is must in the heat of Penticton). Staff was equally friendly and accommodated the requests. Bedding (blanket n cover) was something didn't look clean or changed. Parking on the property is a little congested.
