”Staff did not show up for check in until 30-40 min after I sat there. The room was good but the service was bad ”

”So I’ll start with the good. Staff was absolutely wonderful! Food was delicious and convenient. Parking was easy and pretty secure. However, the plumbing in my room was my only complaint. The sink did not drain, and when I got there my toilet did not flush- but they came in a timely manner and corrected that issue.”

”Well, upon arrival The property was well maintained. Loved the pool area they also have a basketball court the lobby was clean staff was there to greet me and my family they were very helpful. ”The room stunk, it was a kitchenette with no cookware. We found a bedbug and seen a roaches. I swear they have to be writing these reviews themselves. Didn’t stay long enough to find out about the breakfast. Although it wouldn’t have made any difference I wouldn’t have eaten anything anyway.”

”Definitely not worth the money. Building is old and needs renovation. The whole time we were there, our throats hurt from something in the room. The moment we left we were all better in a couple of hours. Air conditioning is bad, it's very humid in the rooms. TV is setup not in front of the couch or bed, rather to the side where you can't sit to comfortably watch it.”

”I actually rented the room for my son, who left two days early because of a bad odor that he attributed to the black mold he discovered in the room. He intends to send me pictures, but I have not received them.”

”You cannot get the front desk on the phone during certain periods- at all. They charge your credit card hundreds in pending charges and only fix it when you call them to inquire. The rooms were clean and the beds and views were nice.”

”The hotel was fine. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star was b/c our room had an adjoining door to the room next door. We could hear the person in that room talking loudly on the phone and or their tv for hours. It stopped by 10 PM so we didn't have to ask to be moved. They key fob/card was squirrelly and at one point we had to get new ones. Because of they the clerk gave us a gift card for breakfast which was nice of him. Then when I added a $5 tip to bill my card was charged...
