”The room was great. Very clean. The staff needs lessons in etiquette.”

”Iwas looking for a room in Florence and this came up first on the Expedia website. I was not aware that it was very off the highway. At first I was really upset that we were driving 20 miles away but when we arrived to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. We loved the hotel and it was in walking distance to some very fun places to grab some food and a drink. It was worth the drive.”

”The room was clean and convenient. There was a significant smell probably coming in through the AC duct. That's the main reason for downgrading.”

”This place was absolutely disgusting, we walked in and there were roaches on the bed, room was dirty, sheets looked unwashed. Needless to say we got our money refunded and left.”

”This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . ”

”Looks like the owners are doing a lot of work on the property however, cleanliness is doable but not done. Our room was supposed to have 2 beds in it but the first room we got looked like someone was still in it. Unmade bed, clothes on chair and a huge fan in the middle of the room. Second room, single bed and ac wasn’t producing and it stunk. I had to show the clerk that I paid for a room with 2 beds and he finally said they didn’t have one available. The 3rd room looked ok, ac cranking,...

”As soon as we walked it several roaches crawled across our floor. Went to front desk and nobody answered. The furniture was also broken and damaged. And the shower was horrible. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN!!”

”The hotel had a distinct smell off Mary Jane, people were sleeping in the lounge, breakfast had spoiled milk which they replaced, hallway carpets needed shampooed badly. On a scale of 1-10 around 4 1/2”
