”No rating for the room since we were never able to enter it! We reserved and paid for a room on the same day for which we needed it (6/18), because our VRBO home rental fell through. ”The place was great. Did not like that I had to pay for parking. When I checked in the night staff was very disrespectful and when I reported this to the manager he had a bunch of excuses that the staff is there alone and has personal issues so he understands why they are like that. I have never heard this in my life. It's okay to be disrespectful to guests because what..... . His offer to appease me the next time i stay there was unwelcome. I won't ever be going back there. ”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager.
