”We loved Black Rock Mountain Resort!! It’s beautiful. Staff is excellent. Katy was so pleasant to deal with when checking in. Room was spotless and bed was so comfortable. Definitely pay for the Mountain View. The pool & hot tub were amazing to be able to use when it was 50 outside with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they even gave us a nice treat. Top notch for sure!! Will be back❤️”

”The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! ”Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. ”

”Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. ”

”This property needs a lot of help. They need more signs to direct people where things are in the hotel. It took us forever just to find our room. They definitely need more lighting in the garage. And the front desk could be a little more attentive and and friendly. We liked our room, but it took forever just to get the TV to come on in for someone to come up and make it work. We really appreciated the shuttle service to Main Street in Park city. The driver was very friendly and very helpful. ”

”It was nice. Check in was a breeze. One thing that I wasn't infor.ed of until I checked in was that you're only allowed one vehicle per guest. Its $20 a day for any other vehicles and the parking situation is very annoying. Other than that, I recommend it.”
