”We stayed in room 1. The room was large with plenty of storage space and nice furnishings. There were lots of nice touches. A sherry decanter, nice biscuits to go with your tea, a chocolate on your pillow each day and some water in the fridge. The bathroom was large and there was a range of nice toiletries and lovely fluffy towels. The only thing that wasn’t so good was we could hear the people above us walking around, and they certainly walked! However I appreciate that this is due to the age...

”Super friendly and quick check in. Prompt room change when the room key wasn't working. Excellent spa facilities - notably the thermal pool. Good range of breakfast options (the pancakes from the kitchen order options were fab). Good quality food for evening meal in the dining room. The location speaks for itself - fantastic. ”

”Great location . Friendly staff. Good breakfast. But I was annoyed at having to pay £15 parking in what is a public car park so difficult to find a car spot. I was insulted to have to pay £15 for half litre of still water to take to room, for these 2 reasons We wouldn’t stay there again. ”

”Was really disappointing the shower area was so tiny you couldn’t turn around if you did the shower curtain kept sticking to you and so much damp in this tiny area. You had to keep your arms in. The TV kept freezing and you could turn the Tv over with the remote control. The The breakfast was nice.”
