”Our check in was at 3:00 PM. We arrived around 4:30 PM but the check in line was extremely long so we left and came back later. We returned around 6:30 PM and waited about 40 minutes only to be told our room was still not ready and it could be another two hours. We came back around 9:30 PM and were given keys to Room 200 but the room had not been cleaned. ”I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”

One could see daylight under bottom & sides of entry door. The towels were clean but found a hair on one. The beds were comfortable.”

”Shower was dirty, toilet wasn’t working, no soap, trash was all over the grounds, stains all over the floor, black hairs on the pillows. Thankfully it was just one night. Also you have to take out our own garbage, or they charge you 25 dollars. It’s worth it to just book a different hotel.”
