There were bottles and random items under the bed from previous guests; there was a used towel hanging to dry in the bathroom; the bath mat was visibility dirty while folded over the tub; the tub was dirty; there was stains in the duvet.... It was in a safe neighborhood and near a lot shopping. I am sorely disappointed.”

”The pictures look a lot better than the hotel looks in person! When I checked in, one girl was super nice and helpful but the other was very unprofessional talking loudly on her phone and showing the nicer girl photos on her phone. There were a lot of shady people hanging out in front of the hotel and in the parking lot talking loudly and smoking. The hotel itself was alright, it definitely was worn down and did not feel very clean. We booked this hotel primarily for the pool as my son loves to...

”The room was ok. It had a bit of a smell, the air conditioner made noise when it turned on and the kitchen floor was greasy. It was better than the Red Roof Inn.”

”The room i had was fairly decent. I was really surprised since the exterior and landscaping is in terrible shape. I honestly think their prices are to high there though because it looks slummy. I was also conversing with others staying there and they said I got 1 of the better rooms. Plus they also charge you $20 a night for a pet, which is not stated on their website so just an FYI. Would I stay there again? Prob not since it sounds like I got lucky. Everything in the room was clean.”

”Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

”The pictures on line looked way better than it actually does. This is the kind of place you would only want to stay because there's absolutely no other hotels available. We pulled up and it was completely over run by untrimmed shrubs and weeds, paint peeling off the walls and a very unkept parking lot. When we attempted to enter the front desk office, it was locked, at 4pm in the afternoon in the middle of June.The attendant had locked himself in there, which was quite concerning. We finally...

”Don’t book here honestly UNLESS you’re desperate. Should have stayed at the Best Western across the street. Well….i booked 2 rooms for work and employees. My first impression walking in was a police officer talking to management about an incident. Then another customer asking for a refund since their room was gross. I haven’t even checked in yet at this point. My key card didn’t work at first. And there is a MASSIVE mold stain on the ceiling in the first floor hallway. This is all before I got...
