We made coffee in the room and the paper cup had a leak , went down to ask for a cup of coffee and I got handed more packages of coffee to make on my own. I also got handed a bottle of conditioner and body wash since ours was out. I did ask the cleaner if she would please put them in the holder for us. ”Sonesta sold our room after I reserved and confirmed our room earlier that day. I told them exactly what time we would arrive, and they assured me all was good to go. When I arrived, rude man on phone wouldn’t open door and talked to me through phone (didn’t even see a face) and said manager quit, and when I asked name of person on phone he hung up on me, wouldn’t even open the door for me (even though I called back asking to talk to him about options) and called not one but THREE POLICE squad...

”The room was clean except there was water all in the coffee tray thing. It obviously had leaked out and no one cleaned around it or refilled it because they would have seen all the water.”

”Basic room, clean, and felt safe. The air conditioner was super loud and the curtains did not fit the window properly, so bright light from the outside walkway shined into the room all night. These rooms have outdoor access with no interior hallways. If you are light-sensitive or want extra privacy from people walking by, bring something to clip the curtains together and secure the edges. Overall, it was clean, I felt safe, and the price was right.”

”Crack heads mowing lawns plenty of hotels near by just pay a bit more and go there. Hopefully it will close down ”

”Hotel is dated but not bad. Staff was nice friendly lady at the front counter. Weird smell in the lobby but not too bad. Took the elevator to the second floor where our room was and when the doors opened I was taken back by the suffocating smell of cigarettes and fried chicken. If we stayed two nights I probably would have picked up a can of febreeze and left it for them. Our room wasn’t bad, the couch was taped together and there was still a stale chicken/cigarette smell but it was manageable....

”Elevator was out if service. We had an elderly member who had walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. Unacceptable. Hotel had no plan in place to accommodate. ”

”Staff can be so rude ”

”Disgusting!!!! Fell for the reviews and was highly disappointed. Our room had mud along all of the baseboards, to the point you could see the splatter of liquid everywhere. The bedding had stains all over it. The walls were filthy. The blinds were broken and on the floor. There were tums all over the floor. Absolutely disgusting, looks like they only make the bed between stays. We left immediately and found a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!”

”I would rate this hotel as the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m always willing to give positive reviews and highlight aspects but the cleaning it was extremely poor! Human hair and steins on the bed sheets and bed towels. They literally just fixed the room without changing any linen at all. Although the staff was friendly and polite! ”

”Everything was great, the staff was courteous and quick with responding to any requests. Very clean and comfortable room. We would definitely stay here again.”
