The only thing I did not like is that we had to pay for parking while gone on our trip, thought it would be a nice gesture to be free since we paid that much to stay there. ”We really enjoyed our stay we appreciate the friendliness and the hospitality. Our only mishap was the drain in the bathroom would not plug up so that you can enjoy a bath. We did report that to the front desk and he just had said thank you for letting him know, that was room 203. The tables in the cafeteria were wobbly, but it was a beautiful place to stay clean, friendly and comfortable and we appreciate that.”

”Sonesta Suites is a nice extended Stay place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The neutral colors, clean softinens make you feel at home. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen area has new appliances, and basic essentials. The bathroom is large and the shower works like a charm. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”
”We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. ”
