”There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!.”

”This is a great option for an early or late flight. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, versus some hotels only runs every hour. Also, there is a restaurant/bar on property. Rooms are spacious and staff was extremely friendly. ”

”I had no idea how to contact the shuttle. There was no number to call on the hotel. I kept calling the hotel itself but the line was either busy or it would just keep ringing. It wasn't until I had to google "Comfort Inn shuttle" that I was able to locate a completely different number, that I finally contacted the shuttle. The room itself, had greasy/oily handmarks on the bed headboard. One of the drawers was broken in the room. And the sink faucet came off the first time I used it. I did let...

”The floors were soft and noticeably rotten and floor coverings were discolored and frayed. Water ran for fifteen minutes and didn’t get hot. Windows that opened had no screens and drapes were torn. Nice layout but very outdated for the incidentals hold of $100. ”

Tub was dangerous because of floor "valley" causing concern with balance when changing position. woke up in am with dead cockroach on bedding. Front desk informed when checking out. (attendant was busy with another guest and I had an appointment at Cleveland clinic and could not wait). I was extended "I'm so sorry."”

”Room was dirty, floor didn't look vacuumed and probably has never been mopped. We had to walk around the room with shoes on otherwise socks would get sticky and filthy. Only 1 bath towel, and if you needed a new towel you HAD to exchange your dirty one at the front desk. No extra toilet paper, just what was on the roll which didn't last longer than a few hours. Soaps in the shower were empty. Breakfast was lacking to say the least, food was cold. Wait time for staff at the front desk was minimum...
