”We loved our stay at the Fenton Flats. Apartment was super cute with ample room. The building and grounds were well maintained and very clean. Great location too. Just minutes from Lake Fenton/Fenton and across the street from a great restaurant. Property owners were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend Fenton Flats!!!!”

”Our family group of 15 had a great time! The kids and adults enjoyed the game room, puzzles, and hot tub. We were pleasantly surprised at how nicely stocked the house was with towels, bedding and toiletries. Between the 2 dinning tables and bar area there was plenty of room during meal times for everyone. Kids fished off the doc, the kayaks were a hit, the grill was clean when we went to use it!! Great yard to play games!! LOVED this place! ”

”We rented this as we were attending a concert at Pine Knob. It close to the venue and cheaper than surrounding hotels. The place was nicely appointed, had a full kitchen and comfy beds. Great for two couples! The backyard setting was peaceful and relaxing.”

”The size of the house was perfect for us: my husband and me, our children who range in ages of 21 thru 33, along with two grandchildren 4 years old and 3 years old. The other impressive part was the privacy in the back yard. The outdoor furniture could use updating in the next year, but there was plenty of seating outside. Also, for the size of our family, it would have been nice to have four kayaks, but that is just a bonus. I definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting a family...

”Beautiful view across lake to park! Clean house and plenty of amenities! Huge plus to staying here as a family was having three bedrooms so everyone had their own room and 2 and a half bathrooms! Would highly recommend this place! Only thing is to be careful if sitting in the rocking chairs outside by the fire pit… they look pretty but we sat in one and leaned back to relax and the chair filled over backwards!”
