Deeply Disappointed — Not the Hilton Standard We’ve Come to Expect
We’re loyal Hilton Silver Members and often stay at Homewood Suites when traveling with our grandchildren, but this location was very disappointing. The front desk staff were on their phones and talking to each other, ignoring guests. We had called several times about early check-in and never received a call back. When we arrived around 3 PM, we were told only, “Check-in is at four,” with no effort to help or show hospitality.
The breakfast was overcrowded, poorly maintained, and unsanitary. Food options were minimal, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The coffee and hot water were cold, the cold lemon water was empty, and thetrash bins were overflowing right by the front desk.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and one manager did try to help, but overall service and staff attitude were unacceptable for a Hilton property. This location needs serious retraining and better management.
