”This b&b was so charming. The room was very well kept and had a private bathroom and we especially loved the decor of the living areas. It was well thought out and visually pleasing and calming. Brad the owner was so helpful with suggesting places to eat around the area and Laura the innkeeper made the best breakfasts that were included with our stay. ”Motel is fine for a 1 or 2 star motel. It is clean and has good comfortable beds. The room was tiny. The bathroom was tiny. Barely can fit two people. Otherwise it is fine. Again you need to know that this is super basic motel and the rating is based on that. Don’t expect a nice accommodation when renting it. Fine for a 1 night stay but I wouldnt stay there for longer. It has AC but it is a bit loud and blows right at the bed. Need to cover it with a towel if you don’t want to get cold air blown...

”Okay place to spend a night but don’t expect any service. This place uses remote “staff” to run the joint. I called the “desk” around 6:30 pm with a request. Got a call back around noon the next day, when we were well on our way. No soaps, no shower cap. Only plus was an urn of good coffee in the otherwise empty lobby. Not much for $160 or so.”

”Rooms were very dusty. Chair in Room had a big hole in it not usable. The place looks very run down. Dirty carpets. Bathroom. Toilet dirty. Bedding had stains. Kitchen filthy could t bring ourselves to eat the breakfast or ha e coffee there. The woman inn keeper looked. Felt sorry for her. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.”

”The owner was great. Place was well maintained. Family type atmosphere. Room was small, but perfect for what we needed. Lake is awesome. My wife and I sat on the dock with a drink as the sun was setting.”

”Be careful - this property charges your credit card for the stay when you check in online, after you’ve already paid Expedia. It is very difficult to reach a responsible individual/manager to resolve the billing dispute, and they haven’t been responsive to Expedia either.”

”Great spot close to town. Cozy, tasteful, comfortable room. Nice breakfasts and pleasant interaction with the staff. We love the Berkshires and we’ll definitely stay here again.”
