”Nice place ”

”Our room wasn't ready at 4:20 PM, but they found us another room and helped move our baggage to it. Very nice front desk staff. Room has a wall thermostat set to 70 degrees. It want it warmer, there is a switch for HEAT or COLD. We used HEAT for the nite at 71 degrees. The heater came came on but it was so loud. It woke us up a couple times in the nite. It went off for a couple hours and then ran for about 10 min. ”

”We absolutely loved our stay at this casino/resort. The resort was clean. The rooms were updated. The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the sports book, the restaurants, and the bowling alley. Not to mention a brand new pool and hot tub.”

”Beautiful property and beautiful, clean room. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Our only issue was the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood and the sheets were super thin ”

”Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is in a VERY sketchy neighborhood and appears to be a long term rental for people on public assistance. Lots people of coming and going, people wandering around outside our room at all hours, cats in the window, etc. My husband was nervous about leaving his truck there while he slept. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again. ”

”Location is great. Facility feels new and modern. Staff, especially the bartender was SUPERIOR. ”

”The pictures look much nicer than reality. The TV and bed seemed relatively new, everything else was in bad disrepair. There was an old RV parked in the lot all night too. I will avoid this hotel in the future.”

”The internet was fast and the service when reserving the room was great, but the people that worked there the next day were not friendly told me that I couldnt use the wifi, wouldnt give me a remote. They than proceeded to make up a reason to cancel reservation and all other travel ammendities. ”

”The host was nice and communicative, and the unit was generally clean. However, the box spring for the one queen bed was soooo loud and obnoxious. The tiniest movement caused so much noise! All night long, we’d be woken up when either of us even just slightly shifted. We ended up taking the mattress off the box spring and laying it on the floor of the kitchen, and we slept so much better that way. The mattress itself isn’t bad, it’s the box spring causing an unholy amount of noise. The location...
