The space
Fully setup with 3 different sleeping areas. Master Bedroom sleeps 2 with a King Size Sleep Number Bed. 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 with a Queen size Beauty Rest Mattress. The sunroom with its own AC unit sleeps up to 3 with a Full Futon and Twin Size bed.
Great seating areas in the living room or backyard patio to enjoy the Roku TVs.
The pool is the best feature with its privacy fence to enjoy the warm days with a relaxing pool. The sunshades above the pool reduces the direct sunlight.
The home is on septic tank so please only flush toilet paper.
Guest access
The whole home is available for your private use. The Master Bedroom with attached bathroom. 2nd bedroom is in front with a bathroom right next to it. Additional sleeping quarters are in the sunroom which has its own entrance from the pool area or through the kitchen. A windows AC Unit keeps this area nice and cool.
The garages are off limits.
Be sure to scrub and clean all dishes and place them back in their drawers or cabinet. Lock all doors prior to checking out and set AC back to 83 degrees, fan to Auto, and on the cool setting. Turn off the window AC in the sunroom.
All trash must be taken out to trash receptacle in front of the garage.
All towels placed in the laundry basket.
Used sheets pulled up and placed on bed.
Please clean up after any pet messes.
Please clean up after yourself and report any accidental damage.
