This family-friendly home offers every amenity friends and family could want and need! The home features an expansive yard with a sparkling heated pool, SPA, BBQ grill, fire pit, GAME ROOM, parking for your toys, corn hole, basketball hoop, a beautiful gazebo, amazing SUNSET views and more! THE SLEEPING SITUATION:

BEDROOM 1 ( Sleeps 4)
Master Bedroom. California king bed with dual sink bathroom and spacious walk- in closet (Pack n Play available in closet). Has pool views and sliding doors with access to pool area.
2 Twin Rollaway beds in walk-in closet.

BEDROOM 2 (Sleeps 2)
Junior Suite. It has a California king bed with own private bathroom that has access to the pool area.
Room has pool views with sliding doors that access the pool area.

BEDROOM 3 (Sleeps 4)
Queen day bed with full trundle. Smart TV, Playstation 4, and board games. Sliding doors that give access to side yard where the basketball hoop is. This room has a fireplace as well.

BEDROOM 4 (Sleeps 5-7)
Twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. Has access through master bedroom or private entrance through side yard.
Queen air mattress and twin mattress available.

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL HEATING
>$150/day to heat the pool (full stay required)

>Spa heating included in booking amount ... increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is an additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music) per city rules.
>ABSOLUTELY NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC past 10PM. - $500 FINE
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation - will result in eviction with no refund
> There is absolutely NO STREET PARKING.
Our MAX car capacity is 7 CARS on our property ( covered port, driveway, in front of garage, and parking on the side of the home inside gates and on the rocky part outside of gates.) This is taking into consideration that there will be no Boats/Jet skis on site. If you will be bringing a boat/Jet skis, parking capacity will decrease.

PETS
>Sorry, we can not provide accommodations for your furry friends! We do have other listings that can, so please reach out if this is a must!
>Child has allergic reaction to dog/cat hair so no pets is a strict policy
>If the pet is an emotional support/service animal we ask for paperwork and an extra $200 cleaning fee and a $200 deposit
>$300 fine if a pet is brought without prior discussion

DEPOSIT
$500-$1000 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
