Lakeside of Hwy 95! Nice Pool, Boat Parking

Our home is located in the best neighborhood Lake Havasu has to offer! We are very close to the lake and the boat launch is only 5 minutes away! There is also easy access to the outback terrain from our street, for off-road riding!

Our 2300 sq foot, 4 bedroom, 4 bath pool house is a very charming home with boat parking. One of the bed/bath is a cute spacious Casita with separate entrance for more privacy if needed.

Plenty of room for a large group to stay and play.

This home is only 4 miles to the famous London Bridge, the beautiful Lake Havasu State Park, the quaint downtown shopping areas, and a number of delicious restaurants.

When you are relaxing on the backyard patio, there is a private pool, a bar-b-que, lounge-chairs, a fire pit, and plenty of other outdoor seating; a great place to enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets!

If you prefer the air conditioning inside, you will enjoy an open, fully equipped kitchen, with a bar to socialize while cooking, and a large living area, complete with a wood burning fireplace! Dining area has a beautiful new table that seats up to 8.

Also as a bonus area, we have a large space in the air conditioned garage, where everyone can hang out and enjoy the pool table and darts. A computer desk with monitors is also available for those working from home, or enjoy gaming. The garage is also available for parking.

Three of our bedrooms are en-suite bedrooms that have their own private bath. Bedroom 3 is set up to sleep up to 5; for larger groups, families that want to room with their children or this makes for a great kids room with a bathroom right next door.

There are 5 smart TV's throughout the house including one in the garage!

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: We have recently added EXTERIOR ONLY cameras for vandalism and security; there are cameras placed outside the home, at each entrance, and 2 of them also cover the pool and patio area. Renters may turn off the 2 back area cameras by flipping the light switches that are clearly marked.

A starter package of paper products and soaps are included for your convenience.

With all the comforts of home and it’s ideal location, our Lake Havasu home will be the perfect destination for your next family vacation!

The house is great for a group! It's for 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bathrooms are such a help with a group. We stayed here during the Balloon Fest and Fair!The host Jeremy was very helpful and responsive. Check in and out were quick and straightforward. The house was very clean! Came here for a family birthday celebration. You can see the Lake from the front and backyard. The house waa clean and the garage having ac was great. We had fun playing pool in there. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool when we weren't at the lake. We would stay here again.

Exactly as advertised

We were three adult couples (family) and found the property to be just the right size. Having the casita a little separate for our younger couple with more energy, and an extra bedroom for our snorer was the perfect setup for us. And the price was very reasonable, more than balancing any slight flaws in the amenities. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors we met while walking around. Our host was great, and replied quickly to any questions. We would definitely rent the house again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, and the kids had plenty to do with darts, cards, and pool. The pool is cold in the winter but didnt stop my montana kids from going for a dip :) plenty of room for everyone.

We had a great time. Plenty of room, beautiful home and beautiful sunsets. Wish the pool was warm, so we could have used it, but still fun sitting around it.

Wonderful home to rent in Lake Havasu

This property was everything the listing said it would be. It is in a beautiful part of the city, very quiet yet close to stores and all that Lake Havasu has to offer. The house has a really nice pool and outdoors area for your private use. The owner was easily contacted if something should go wrong (we had zero problems) and are hoping to be able to return for another stay.

Lots of space

The 4 bathrooms were awesome, spacious living room and kitchen, great pool. Host nicely provided extra tables and chairs. Kitchen sink needed fixing, outside misters didn't work since water pressure blew the hose out, both outdoor umbrellas were broken.

This was an awesome place to stay. 4 rooms were big and 4 restrooms. Big living room to hang out in. And the pool was very nice.
