This 3 bedroom home is the main house to a larger 4-plex property. There is also a 2 Bedroom attached to the left of the house, and two downstairs casitas. These all have their own exterior entrances and rent separately in the non summer months. Each of the four units has its own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry rooms. While the three units are like apartments, this is the main original big house. All are attached with their own privacy. The pool, spa, side yard and deck belong to this main 3 bedroom house.

Pool and Spa
Spa can be heated with advance notice and put onto a timer. Fee for spa heat is $35 per day or per 2-hour block.
Pool can be heated with outdoor temps of 60 degrees for $100 per day with 3 day minimum. Takes a full day to heat so need 24 hour notice to start heating. Outdoor dining table

“The Castle,” as affectionately known by the locals, stands as an iconic property perched atop a hill. Built by the original owner of Havasu landmark, Zeeman’s gun shop, for his beloved Queen, this house exudes an enchanting charm. Its block walls and two round turrets rooftop earn it the nickname. Since being acquired by your Host, it has undergone full renovation to accommodate guests during extraordinary group vacations, sleeping up to 21 happy guest.
