”The place needs some renovations. The floor in our room needs maintenance. The bathtub looks a bit run down. The bathroom door needed to be cleaned, the rest of the room looked clean.
We did not eat breakfast there since there was no warm breakfast left by 8:50 AM but there is a great dinner 2 minutes away. I appreciated that there were enough big towels.
The staff was friendly.”

”The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.”

”Resorts is the cleanest, best maintained casino hotel I’ve ever been to. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are oversized and very well appointed.”

So, in summary, the place had not been cleaned before I got there. Dirty bathroom, unwashed sheets on the smaller bed, etc. Spiderwebs in the corners, uncleaned floors. I contacted the host about how dirty the place was, who sent her daughter. The daughter was the one who was supposed to have cleaned the place before I got there. She...
