”Upon check-in the room had not been throughly cleaned, there were dirty items left from previous occupant and the carpet had not been vacuumed.”

”Everything was fine with the property except for the internet. It was terrible. Very sporadic coverage only lasting a few mins at a time. Super slow and bad signal strength both on the Floor 2 network and the Floor 2 Guest network. It was really bad. Nobody could stay here and get a little work done. It barely worked. ”

”This hotel was very nice and clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent. It was quite an experience with having our dogs with us on this trip. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that I wish the room had a bit more floor space to move around. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. ”

”I could just live in one of these suites. Everything we needed. Barely made it for continental breakfast. They close it early. Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean. Desperately need better pillows for the rooms. Great time and will return. ”

”Kitchen had a small stove top, but full refrigerator. Everything was great!! Only down fall for me was no bathtub, just small shower. The pull out couch was broke, but they plan to fix it. I love this place and a great place for families🙂 The staff was great and even played a movie on the projector screen by the pool for the kids. ”

It took more than 5 minutes of running the shower to get hot water. Maybe because we were at the end of the building? I explained better from the Wyndham name.”

”Five-night stay. Our room was fresh, clean, and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The outdoor pool area was immaculate. The elevators were always clean. And extra gratitude to the breakfast kitchen staff. A spotlessly clean breakfast buffet and dining area. The food was delicious and the variety was impressive. The nicest you could ask for. We always look for a Hampton when we travel, and the Ft. Walton Beach hotel is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at.”

”The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good—though there is a charge for it. They have a shuttle cart to take you to the beach, which is a 5-to-10-minute walk away. They charge $5 per day for parking, but the lot is good and secure. The area is nice; there are shops right across the street, and several different restaurants within walking distance.”
