”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but needed some repair work on the walls. The pool was closed and I didn’t go to the workout room. Breakfast looked fine but I didn’t eat there. Overall it was a good experience for me and I stayed on two separate occasions.”

”There is a $100.00 deposit due at check in. There was a questionable stain on the chair in our room. The shower leaked and the room was very dim. The lobby and hallways were questionable with cracked tiles and dirty baseboards. The fish tank in the lobby looked very neglected. We did not look/use the pool or breakfast.”

”Easy off easy on to the highway. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat or grab coffee. They did offer a continental breakfast but I am an early riser and did not stay long enough to check it out.”

”We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again.”

”Even though I had booked a room through this site, when I arrived the hotel was overbooked and I did not have a room. The desk clerk offered no apologies and no solutions.”

”A/c did not work and unit was extremely loud. We had no bath towels in our room. The pullout couch was broken with a sticky note inside stating so and out sink in the wet bar area didn't work! Overall not a good experiences”

”Our four night stay at the Avanti House in the Kellogg Room (room#7) was amazing, they had everything we could need including private bath, common rooms, and kitchen with toaster oven/microwave, and everything you need for coffee/tea and snacks”

”Staff was great. Office closes at 10pm so make sure if you run out to you car you have your key. Outside in the back were I walked the dog looked like a homeless camp. Parking lot very dirty. We had no power so didn’t have many choices with a dog. Price was great and lots of food options close”
