”The room was clean, but there was only 1 ice maker in the building working. This screams they are struggling financially. The desk clerk was surly. They also told me twice about a “staff shortage today”, which encouraged the belief in financial issues. The internet was insufficient to open websites on my phone. To make matters worse, management refused to allow a room upgrade and denied housekeeping service throughout my multi-night stay, explicitly stating they were prioritizing a large reunion group instead. ”Very thin walls, we could hear everything happening all around us. Young lady who checked us in was nice.”

”Very clean, with superb, extraordinary staff! Pool was size of a postage stamp. Room was oddly designed, the only hotel I’ve had to buy a night light for. Did I mention how great the staff was? Loved the bar also. Breakfast could have had yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Coffee could have been refreshed around noon for the rest of the day.”

”Overall, the hotel was decent, but I felt it was overpriced for what it offered. The refrigerator in the room was outdated and didn’t keep my drinks cold, which was disappointing. My biggest issue was the additional $10 parking fee. Considering the hotel has its own parking lot and I was already paying a premium for the room, charging extra for parking felt unnecessary. The stay wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected better amenities and fewer additional fees.”
