”Observations for improvement in the studio apartment: The amount, variety and quality of cutlery, glasses and plates was poor. Mismatching odd pairs. The cleanliness of couch (sofa) and mirrors was poor. No small dinner table and chairs available in the room.”

”Clean and well presented. Good size under counter fridge that kept everything cold. Very comfy bed and no noise or disruption overnight. If staying Sunday, street parking is free till 8am monday, otherwise its limited to 2 hours at $12 book parking with hotel. If the hotel are looking to upgrade a fridge with Ice box and milk frother would be fab addition but definitely didnt spoil our stay. Would book again.”

”Clean room but very worn out. Needs tlc. Old fan in one bedroom oom that is very noisy, no fan in the other room. Decor could do with a repaint and the bathroom tiles need renewing. Not bad for an emergency stay though. Staff were very welcoming and Eddie couldn't do enough to help.”

”The hotel is conveniently located next to Mount Hospital where a family member was having an operation. Staff were very friendly and helpful and happily accommodated any requests. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and there were nice views of the city from our balcony. Restaurant had delicious food and coffee was very nice. Would definitely recommend ”

”For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...
