I usually love this hotel, but I am not sure if the ownership or management changed or something.
My room landline phone started ringing ucontrollably at 3:48AM...asking for some sort of system password to be entered onto the phone. I couldn't fall back asleep for an hour after this as I had to research if there was a fire or some emergency and couldn't simply call the front desk as the phone didn't work. Whoever is responsible for that system servicing at that hour...should be fired. Especially if this happened with all of hotel guests.
The breakfast room service was fast however the quality of chef skill was bad. Dry scrambled eggs and hard inedible bacon.
The room fridge was unplugged and I couldn't get cold water in my room on a very hot day, nor did I have milk for the coffee in the morning.
At check-out (9AM) there was a note saying the reception is unattended and to call the number if assistance was needed. Would have been nice to be greeted goodbye.
