”Everything was perfect except that couch. It felt like sleeping on rocks. The air conditioner kept shutting off which was irritating and you couldn’t keep the fan running.”

”The hotel is fairly new. Everything was in great shape and working order. The staff at the desk, bar, and restaurant were awesome! I highly recommend!”

”There is no noise barrier you hear everything I mean everything. Doors slamming middle of the night walls banging from beds and or headboards. People yelling at each other. Floors were sticky and dirty in the room. I liked that they took dogs. Carts were broken couldn’t use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

”The staff for the most part was great with the exception that they kept putting my room number wrong for late check out which caused them to enter my room at 10am on my last day. The do not disturb sign was on the door and we were still sleeping. I was told I could check out late at 2pm, then told that was incorrect due to booking through a 3rd party. There were small black ants in the room. The pool was cloudy looking the whole stay so we could not use it. The breakfast was ok and typical....

”My family and I stayed here for one night. It was more than accommodating. However, if I wanted to stay longer, I wouldn't chose this location. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean.”

”My shower was unclean, it had hair and debri . I went to the front desk to report this and asked for something to clean it. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt, no adjustment was made to my bill for the inconvenience. I was told a manager would contact me. I had to call the hotel five days later and Jason the manager is offering me 20% off my bill. That is unacceptable. I had to call you. If you had done so from the beginning, the possibility of accepting 20% would be higher. Stay away,...

”The location of this property is poor. Walking down the halls we would occasionally smell marijuana. My children and I felt targeted after coming back to our room to find both of the wall sconce lights on either side of our room broken and pointing to our room door like a spotlight (the other lights down the halls were all perfectly in order).
