”The lobby was big, colorful, and clean. The room was very clean and I loved the shampoo and conditioner provided. The location was great. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel. While the free breakfast was small compared to other hotel breakfast buffets, it provides everything you need. The hotel staff was very friendly as well.”

”Staff seams to be over worked. Elevator seamed to be out of order for awhile. Staircases could use cleaning/ carpet updating. Room was clean and quiet. Good beds.”

”Was sent to the wrong room first thing. Finally sent in the right direction. Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep”

”This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also.”

”Staff at desk were friendly & helpful. AC was good. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast included hot items. Bathroom floor needed a better cleaning. There is a limited space to hang clothes. We would stay here again.”

”Property was in good condition and rooms were clean. Breakfast options were great! Even included gluten free options for us! The area around the hotel didn't offer much but it was conveniently located off the interstate. Staff recommended a great gluten free restaurant nearby! Good restaurants and shopping within close driving distance.”

”There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible.”

”Our stay was just fine at the Holiday Inn. The breakfast is worth paying extra for because it’s through their restaurant, not really a continental breakfast. Beds were nice and it was convenient for my trip, close to campus, and my relatives house. Can walk to Walgreens or restaurants if needed!”
