”Yo reserve este hotel por que me gusta la Alberca y el jacuzzi y cuando tube la reservacion el jacuzzi no Servia . Y cuando entre ala alberca no avia toallas y le dijimos ala personal de hotel y trajeron las toallas como 10 o 15 minutos despues Luego en la mañana fui al desayuno y no habia comida y la pica que avia estába fria y luego le pregunte a una empleda del lugar que si podria traer mas comida y se molesto hizo Caras cuando le dije y luego el area donde está la comida estába muy sucio”

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”Parking was very easy and felt safe. Very clean room. It is on a kind of busy road but noise did not bother at all. The kitchenette was super useful and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely come back.”

”Room 114 very low shower water pressure. There was machine noise from something outside the room, very close to the room at night while I was trying to fall asleep. Do not appreciate the attitude from the female at the checkout desk when I brought the issue to her next morning.”

”We had a nice stay. We have stayed here many times in the past. The only thing that is disappointing is that there is no longer a cocktail hour in the evening. ”
