”We checked in at 11:10 and by the third trip down to the front desk got our key to open our door around 11:45. The key coder wasn’t working. The kid at the front desk did his best and as late as it was he was dealing with 10 or more guests checking in and having the same problems. We were flying out early so being delayed entry to our room wasted time. Do your job Hilton. Thanks ”

”Staff was polite and friendly. Facility clean and well maintained. Breakfast covered the hot food basics with prepared scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, along with a self-serve waffle maker. ”

”My stay was great the only thing concerning to me is cleaning crew was trying to enter the room before check out like 9 am and 11:30 am. Like trying to enter the room with key. Over all wonderful day. ”

”When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.”

”So many wonderful options for breakfast. Had an issue with no hot water and the staff quickly moved me to another room without any hassle. ”

”clean room. location is a bit funky to get in and out of but nice hotel. gym off lobby is decent. a bottle of complimentary water would have been nice.”

”Renovations were taking place which was evident on walls and hallways. One elevator was very slow and other one was not working. Had to change rooms after seeing it: dirty carpet and tub, broken toilet bowl that they had tried to cement together. Not a horrible stay but not great either. Beautiful area but will not stay here again. ”

”The room I stayed in had a ceiling fan in the bathroom that didn't work, keeping the miosture in the room. But that should be remedied as we informed the front at the end of our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stsy very pleasant. ”

”Yes breakfast eas good and fresh. Room was clean and nice. Just the shower could have been a little bit hotter.”

”The property was decent my bed had a few stains and the front desk who checked me in had a bad attitude overall for the price it was ok ”
