”The hotel was old and smelly. The breakfast was basic. The only thing that stood out about this hotel (if you can call it that) was the girls that work at the front desk. They are always friendly, they always have a smile on their faces and they are always willing to help if they are able. It’s not their fault it’s an old property. They were all a delight. The room activated our allergies from what we believe is probably mold.”

”Paulina at the front desk was so nice and helpful. My stay was great. The only downside was the pool water was freezing. I'd stay at this property again.”

”The staff was the absolute best; they definitely get five stars in customer service. However, the room had a couple of negatives. We experienced three encounters of spiders in the room and we encountered problems with an inability to get channels on the television; it was a hit or miss from day to day if you would be able to view any of the channels. Both issues drastically lowered the hotel's rating.”

”Hotel is clean and right off the highway. The walls are thin, so you hear everything from the neighboring rooms”

”The property is ok. It's not real updated and the room was ok. Things were rundown and looked aged.”

”The only reason I booked this hotel was because they offered a free shuttle to the airport. That was false advertising, they did not offer a shuttle to the airport, had to take a Uber, which cast 20 dollars, even though they are a mile away from the airport”

”Easy to get to and from. Parking is good. Breakfast was okay.”

”Staff let us check in 1 hour early so that was nice. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash were all available in the shower. As well has hand soap, lotion, and face wash. Breakfast was pretty standard. The day we stayed it was omelets (just cheese, nothing special) Did not get to check out the pool but it is outside not inside. Gym is SMALL”

”It's definitely not a 3star Hotel but the staff is so professional and Friendly, Frey go above and beyond to take care of you, I give them a 5star.”

”Room 111 has same wall with ice machine or something that makes loud noise. I woke up to it every morning 4-4.30 am. Please fix this.”

”It’s an okay place to crash for a night or two if you’re going to a concert or other event nearby; it’s a cheap hotel right off of the freeway in a busy city. I will say, a few members of staff were arguing/loudly conversing with each other right at the desk about a maintenance issue when I arrived for check in, which wasn’t a great foot to start off on. Overall-it’s better than a motel, but don’t expect classy.”
