”Our new favorite chain”

”The property is being renovated. Looks like most of it is finished. The parking lot was well lit. We were on the side of the building facing I-20 freeway and it was loud. Definitely needed ear plugs.”

”Excellent stay”

”Basic, just as expected. The staff was very friendly.”

”Very quiet and good location. The guy who checked us in was great”

”Property was very clean and quiet. Everyone at the desk was very helpful. And the rooms were clean. What else can I say?”

”The hotel was in a GREAT location, near the campus of the school. Room decor was up to date and done very well. The fact that you got a little kitchenette and a sitting area with the separate bedroom was ideal!”

”Breakfast not great but staff, especially April, was super helpful and pleasant”

”The room was not clean upon arrival and had a bit of a mildew stench. You can tell the hotel is outdated but in the works of upgrading. The only reason we stayed was because the staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping came the next morning and did a full cleaning. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was bland but they had plenty of options. Most likely wouldn’t stay again but was conveniently located by the highway for travel.”

”Part of this is attributable to being an Alabama Football Weekend, but the quality of this hotel for the price of $475 is ridiculous. Upon entering the room we saw a 3 inch spider scurry up the wall over the bed. The pillows were worn out 5 years ago and terribly uncomfortable. The linens were cheap and also old. Just another example of a below average, overpriced lodging in Tuscaloosa”
