”The hot tub was broken. The room was dirty.”

”The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

”Location, location, location! Nice clean, remodeled hotel right off the main drag near restaurants and shops. Small room, but very adequate for what we needed. Comfortable bed, good shower. Would stay there again”

”Check in went smoothly and staff was super nice. Room/shower was clean and bed was comfortable. Brewery bar right next to the place and grocery store. Best thing at this place was the amazing hot tub and swimming pool. It was relaxing after the days activities.”

”Great location and staff. The old rooms have old carpet smell/musty. Old furniture and no easy charging plugs. We were put next to elevators which We could hear all night. The elevators seem like they need repair. One was out of order. The casino and main floor areas were nice and pool area very nice.”
